Personal data protection policy

1. Having regard to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), DUNDER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia undertakes to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained.
2. All employees and representatives of the Company have been properly trained in the processing and protection of personal data.
3. The administrator of personal data is: DUNDER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Portowa 5/1, 81-350 Gdynia, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000946365. 4. The Company collects the following personal data of the Clients:
1) name and surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, information about the age of majority, name and surname of the attorney – when placing an order, the Client will be asked to provide these data in order to perform the concluded Sales Agreement, including contact with the Client;
2) IP address – information resulting from the general rules of connections made on the Internet, such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs) is used by the server administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes – to collect general demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made);
3) Cookies – the electronic ordering service uses Cookies technology to adapt the website to the individual needs of Customers. The customer may agree that the data entered by him will be remembered in order to enable further use of the electronic order service without the need to provide data again. This data will not be available to entities running other websites (except for advertisers cooperating with the website operator and its partners). If the Client does not agree to personalize the website, it is necessary to disable cookies in the options of the web browser.
5. Providing the data listed in para. 4, occurs in the following cases:
1) concluding the Sales Agreement via the electronic order service, without logging the Client into the website. After the performance of the Sales Agreement, the Customer’s data, allowing for their identification, are immediately deleted databases. Data contained in sales documents (receipt, VAT invoice) will be stored for fiscal purposes;
2) registration in the Client database. Providing this data is voluntary. This data is stored in order to facilitate the Clients to place subsequent Orders via the electronic order service;
3) the Client’s consent to be informed about interesting events and commercial offers in the form of a newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. When placing an Order, the Client may also consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and offer purposes, sending telecommunications messages or profiling. Such consent is not necessary for the performance of the contract and can be revoked at any time.
6. Each Client has the opportunity to choose whether and to what extent they want to use the electronic order service and provide information about themselves.
7. The Administrator does not store confidential data, such as credit card numbers.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), each Client has the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify, request deletion or transfer of their personal data. For this purpose, please contact the Personal Data Controller in the form of an e-mail sent to the following address: info@dunder.store or in the form of a letter to the following address: DUNDER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Portowa 5/1, 81-350 Gdynia.
9. An integral part of this Personal Data Protection Policy is the information clause available in the electronic order service.
