1. You can always return the purchased goods without giving a reason. All you have to do is return the products intact together with a document confirming the transaction (fiscal receipt or VAT invoice) and a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.

2. The goods shipped are always insured. The package should be checked in the presence of the Courier, and in the event of damage, it is sufficient to describe it in the Damage Report of the appropriate courier company. It is also possible to refuse to accept a parcel in the event of its damage. The order will be reshipped once the package has been returned to the sender.
